Housing, Urban Regeneration & Local Government, Deputy Secretary (Grade 3)

SALARY: £95,218 - £106,501 (under review)

LOCATION: Causeway Exchange

The successful candidate will play a key role in one of the most senior roles in the Northern Ireland Civil Service and will have a proven and successful track record of leading and managing a large organisation(s) in accordance with the highest standards of corporate governance and accountability. The post carries considerable responsibility with key priorities include ensuring the provision of decent, affordable sustainable homes and housing support; delivering programmes that support social, economic and physical regeneration and supporting district councils to deliver strong and effective local government.

The post may be filled by secondment of the successful candidate from his/her current employer. 

Further appointments may be made from this competition should this position become vacant during the lifetime of the competition, which is one year.
