Grade 5 Director of Valuation

DEPARTMENT: Department of Finance (DoF), Land and Property Services (LPS)

SALARY: £70,522 to £80,847 (under review)

LOCATION: Lanyon Plaza, Central Belfast

This position offers a significant opportunity for a senior chartered valuation surveyor who is interested in taking on a strategic management, leadership and service delivery challenge. In a climate of financial restraint and high expectations from customers and stakeholders, the Department is seeking a dynamic and committed professional with a strategic focus, excellent leadership and influencing skills and the ability to implement change and deliver results that will benefit the Department and deliver a first class service to customers.
