The Candidate Information Booklet for the advertised post will outline the Nationality requirements for the competition which you can review to determine if you are eligible to apply.
The vast majority of vacancies in the NICS are open to UK Nationals, Commonwealth Citizens, British Protected Persons and EEA Nationals. There are a small number of posts to which only UK Nationals are eligible to apply.
