DEPARTMENT: Department of Finance, Construction and Procurement Delivery

SALARY: £92,413 to £105,447 (under review)

LOCATION: The post holder will normally be based at Clare House, Belfast but some working from home will be expected

A merit list will be compiled but will only be used should this post become vacant again during the lifetime of the competition, which is one year. Secondment from a current employer will be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity to join CPD at a time of change when the focus is on how professional public procurement can make a difference. You will be able to use your leadership, skills and professional experience to help CPD’s teams who are working on projects and contracts from many thousands to multi-million pounds. Our suppliers range from local businesses (many small in size) and large national businesses. You will lead in the development of CPD colleagues so that they can deliver professional services for a wide range of public sector clients in collaboration with our suppliers.
