Guaranteed Interview Scheme

The NICS has introduced a Guaranteed Interview Scheme (GIS) for applicants with a disability that meets the legal definition under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. The Candidate Information Booklet for competitions where the GIS applies will provide further information on how the GIS will operate.
